Brothers Benito & Jose Salcedo Rios blend Lechuguilla & Chico Aguiar cultivated on their family land to craft the beautiful and accessibly priced Tabernas. After the second distillation, the raicilla is rested in Oloroso Sherry Casks for three months offering up notes of oak, almond, toffee with red apple and cinnamon spice on the palate.
This is exploration at its finest. This is the first time a raicilla has been aged in sherry barrels!
